School may get out at 3:00 p.m., but the SCDS campus is bustling with student and adult activities until 5:30 p.m. The after school curriculum is carefully crafted so that challenging, helpful, and interesting opportunities are available in a safe and supervised environment. Students may choose The Neighborhood, a fun-filled afternoon of arts and crafts, games, cooking and other activities; private music lessons;  and enrichment classes. The exception is Fridays when only The Neighborhood is in session.

Extended Programs are available from 3:15-5:30 daily when school is in session. Registration in Extended Programs may be annual or by the month to accommodate varying schedules. Notify the Extended Programs office if you need to make changes. Arrangements may be made to accommodate music lessons, drama, enrichment classes, academic clubs, or private tutoring.
