Our new Trustee Endowment Scholarships
The program, which will provide up to 50% tuition grants to highly qualified students new to our community, will be supported by trustee contributions. While we remain committed to extending financial aid to current students (presently 30% of our families receive financial aid), we are thrilled that SCDS trustees are enabling us to provide a program that is in line with our long-term goal of enriching our community by having SCDS be accessible to as many qualified students as possible.

To be eligible for the scholarships, families must apply and qualify for financial aid, and must meet admission standards. Awards will be made to new students entering grades 5-7 in 2011-12, and will be renewable each year, assuming the financial need and admission requirements continue to be met.
