SCDS Fall Pledge Drive Ignites Record-Breaking Participation!
THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our Annual Giving fall pledge drive. A whopping 67% of families have already pledged their support, a record-smashing display of SCDS spirit for so early in the school year. Your generous gifts combined with trustee, faculty, and staff pledges fulfill 72% of our budgeted goal. Your support is remarkable. As a comparison, last year at this time only 45% of families had pledged, which brought us to 62% of our dollar goal. “Kudos to our school community for embracing contribution and exemplifying school philanthropy,” said Advancement Chair Kerith Overstreet. “I am inspired and exhilarated by the dynamic, early response to our pledge drive and applaud everyone for their collaboration. Together we sustain excellence.”
It’s not too late to join our giving community! Donations to Annual Giving are gratefully accepted at any time. Gifts may be pledged now and can be paid any time before June 2014.
