Tuition Payment Plans
In order to complete the enrollment process once accepted to the school, families new to SCDS submit a deposit (10% of annual tuition) along with their signed enrollment agreement in order to secure their child's seat. At this time, families also select a tuition payment plan, choosing between a lump sum or monthly payments. Tuition is billed through SMART Tuition, the school's student billing system.Tuition Refund Insurance
SCDS offers its families a tuition refund plan that protects their financial commitment against loss due to absence, dismissal, or withdrawal. The tuition refund insurance plan is made available to parents with the enrollment contract. Please contact the Business Office for further information. Families choosing the ten-installment tuition payment plan must purchase tuition refund insurance.Tuition Assistance
At Sonoma Country Day School, we are committed to making an incredible education accessible to all students regardless of their financial circumstances. Well over 30% of our student body receives tuition assistance, which is awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need.
